Bodegas Gardel was founded in 2006 in Las Mesas, a village in the province of Cuenca in the Castile-La Mancha region of Spain. For generations, they had grown grapes for local cooperatives. From the outset, the winery embraced organic farming, without chemical fertilizers or pesticides. It spans around a hundred hectares at an altitude of approximately 700 meters, characterized by arid, clay-limestone soils. Currently, 20 hectares are bottled.

Las Mesas Tinto (Red)
Grape variety: 100% Tempranillo.
Profile: An approachable, dry red wine focused on the deliciousness of juicy red fruit.
Aromas: Ripe fruit combined with hints of licorice, mint, and Mediterranean herbs.
On the palate: The attack is smooth and velvety, complemented by moderate tannins and a clean finish that invites another glass.
Serving: Serve between 15°C and 17°C.
