🍷 A fresh, floral and beautifully delicate natural sparkling wine, born from Mediterranean vines cultivated in St Bauzille-de-la-Selve, in southern France.

With its pale yellow color, this wine reveals delicate aromas of flowers, grapefruit and almond on the nose. On the palate, it charms with its freshness and subtle notes of rose petal, orange peel and verbena, supported by beautiful mineral tension.

Made from 50% Terret Blanc and 50% Colombard, this Vin de France comes from parcel-by-parcel vinification. The vines, located at altitude and facing north, benefit from cool nights that allow the grapes to ripen slowly, preserving their acidity and aromatic expression. The clay-limestone soil brings freshness and minerality to the whole.

🍾 Natural effervescence

After an initial traditional vinification, the wine is bottled before its second fermentation. This is triggered by adding the juice from the same batch, allowing fermentation to finish naturally in the bottle and create a fine effervescence.

Unfiltered, this sparkling wine retains all its authenticity and fully expresses the character of its terroir and grape varieties.

🍽️ Pairings: ideal as an aperitif, it also pairs wonderfully with fennel salmon or a pastry cream dessert.
