🍊 An expressive and generous orange wine, made in St Bauzille-de-la-Selve, in southern France.

Its orange hue with beautiful golden highlights promises a tasting full of character. On the nose, it reveals enticing notes of candied citrus, melon, and apricot. On the palate, it is highly expressive, with indulgent aromas of pear compote, accompanied by lovely volume and a creamy texture.

The perfectly balanced acidity brings harmony and freshness to the wine. The finish stands out with a delicate saline note that extends the tasting with finesse.

Made from 50% Grenache Blanc, 20% Muscat, 20% Viognier, and 10% Roussanne, this Vin de France expresses the full richness of its Mediterranean grape varieties.

🍇 A gentle maceration

The grapes are harvested at night to preserve their freshness. This is followed by maceration at around 19°C, designed to retain the wine’s richness and body while avoiding excessive tannin extraction.

The berries macerate for three weeks, with four gentle punch-downs per day. This gentle extraction gradually reveals the aromas and texture characteristic of this orange wine.
