White Wine - Pinot gris 75cl

A fresh, aromatic Italian white wine that is easy to enjoy every day. Made from a blend of 60% Catarratto and 40% Pinot Grigio, it is appealing for its balance, freshness, and generous notes of citrus and tropical fruit.

The grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness: Pinot Grigio at the beginning of August, followed by Catarratto during the second half of September. This staggered harvest preserves all their freshness and beautiful acidity.

🍷 Winemaking

After careful destemming, the grapes are gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of no more than 18°C for approximately three weeks, preserving the fruit's aromas as much as possible.

No malolactic fermentation is carried out. Once fermentation is complete, the two wines are blended and then aged on fine lees until the end of December, adding greater roundness and complexity.

A fresh, fruity, and expressive white wine with intense aromas of citrus and tropical fruit. On the palate, it is pleasant, balanced, and easy to drink, with beautiful freshness.

Perfect as an aperitif, it also pairs wonderfully with seafood, fish, and light dishes.
