A fragrant and comforting Indian dal made from red lentils, coconut, tomato, and a balanced blend of spices such as turmeric, ginger, cumin, and coriander. This ready-to-use mix offers a creamy, delicately spiced dish with authentic flavors. Ideal for a quick and nourishing meal.

Ingredients*: red lentils (85%), coconut (5%), tomato, onion, garlic, spice blend (turmeric, ginger, cumin, coriander) (2%), sea salt.

Preparation method:
Add 1 part of the mix to 1.5 to 2 parts water (or coconut milk for extra creaminess). Bring to a boil, then simmer gently for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the lentils are tender and creamy. Adjust the amount of liquid if needed. Serve hot, optionally with rice or flatbread.
