Wheat and sourdough bread with walnuts

Made by the bakery “Le Pain de François” in its workshop in Sombreffe. François uses Belgian and organic flours milled with care and delicacy in the Ferme Baré mill, in order to preserve all the nutritional qualities of the flour. He raises his sourdough himself and kneads it very slowly in order to rediscover the true taste of yesteryear and to make more digestible breads. In addition, François uses an oven powered by biomass energy produced from wood waste.
