How is our artisanal soy sauce made?
Tamari is a savory soy sauce made from fermented soybeans. The seeds are first steamed. After adding water and salt, the fermentation process can begin: it takes at least 4 months, the tamari gives its full and powerful taste, yum!
Where does our soy sauce come from?
Our organic tamari soy sauce comes from a Thai cooperative that brings together all kinds of small farmers. After the rice harvest in December, each farmer in the cooperative plants soybeans. Thanks to this crop rotation, crops and soil are protected.
And to complete it all, there is also a social dimension to this project. The protection of all men, women and biodiversity and the education of the youngest are guaranteed. The cooperative also organizes the purchase of solar-powered water pumps and water purification systems.

The idea is to allow as many people as possible to eat healthily and sustainably thanks to a range of products
products offered in a simple and raw way. The high volumes in store allow us to ensure the producers, whose values we share, to sell a large part of their production.
