This cheese is made using the traditional Dutch method, with vegetarian rennet and salted in brine. Thanks to the aging process, this cheese is lactose-free.

Ingredients*: pasteurized goat's milk, sea salt, fenugreek, lactic bacteria, vegetarian rennet.
