Coconut Rice with Cumin and Turmeric +/- 250g

A fragrant and exotic blend based on jasmine rice, enhanced by the sweetness of coconut and the warm notes of cumin and turmeric. Tasty and balanced, it is ideal for a quick meal with tropical flavors.

Ingredients*: white jasmine rice (90%), grated coconut (6%), cumin (1.4%), sea salt, turmeric (0.2%).

Preparation method:
Pour a portion of the blend into a saucepan.
Add 1.5 volumes of water.
Bring to a boil, then cover.
Let cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes until the water is absorbed. Add a drizzle of olive oil to taste.
